The year is 1984 and a hedonistic gang of punks have taken over the back streets of Melbourne with crime and violence. Now it's up to an ex Top Dog prisoner called Bulldozer to restore law and order. Until she meets the ring leader of the gang, a diabolical career criminal who knows a damaging secret from her past.
