Mondo Maniacs is a wild short form comedy series about two unhinged punks on the loose after breaking out from a psychiatric ward.

 

In Episode one, "The Stretch of the Albatross", the chaotic duo stage bizarre thrift shop robbery armed with nothing but gardening tools, terrorising shop owner Desma before making their getaway in their battered kombi van. Fleeing into the Australian bush, they scavenge and steal to survive, always one step away from trouble as they hunt for a place to call home.
